Pointillism reminds me of undulating landscapes which reflects my hometown. These smaller pieces are connected horizontally so you are able to experience a panoramic view that makes you feel like you are completely surrounded by nature. I'm continuously experimenting with more specific colors and shapes to connect with memories. I would like for the audience to be able to experience a real sense of tranquility and harmony as the world becomes more chaotic and overwhelmingly fast-paced. I hope my work will allow people to pause and appreciate the simple wonders of nature.
“Nature Wonder” is an extension of “Peace of Mind”series with works on paper that broaden my discreet compositions into multi-panel configurations, using handmade aged walnut ink and acrylic on paper.
